For those trying to conceive – this treatment includes a full Foot Reflexology treatment with additional techniques aimed at stimulating the reproductive system along with other supporting parts of the body such as the pituitary gland and hypothalamus.

A similar treatment with additional techniques focused on natural child birth is also available for clients who have reached week 37 in their pregnancy.

75 minute Reflexology for the Menopause – £70

This treatment is for those struggling with the Peri/Menopause looking for a holistic approach to help with some of the symptoms that affect daily life i.e., poor sleep, hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, brain fog, itchy skin (& many more!). Your session will include techniques that are tailored to work with your particular menopausal symptoms; an endocrine balance and elements to aid overall relaxation.

Please allow an additional 20 minutes for a health/lifestyle consultation when booking your first treatment. (Some of this may be possible to complete in advance).
